Student’s name (for scheduling and identification).

2.3 Payment information is handled exclusively by the website booking system. The English Take does not store or process payment information.
3. Use of Personal Data
3.1 Student data is used solely for the purposes of:
Scheduling and conducting lessons.
Sharing lesson materials via Google Drive.
Communicating regarding lesson updates or administrative matters.
3.2 Data is not used for marketing purposes or shared with third parties, except:Where required by law.
For technical operations necessary to deliver lessons (e.g., Google Drive).
4. Lesson Materials and Google Drive
4.1 Students receive a Google Drive link containing lesson materials discussed or provided during lessons.
4.2 Materials in the Drive may be downloaded by the student but may not be shared, copied, or redistributed outside the student.
4.3 Google Drive folders will be deleted after 2 months of inactivity (no lessons taken).
5. Data Retention
5.1 Only data required to schedule and deliver lessons (student name) is retained for the duration of the lesson period.
5.2 Google Drive materials are retained for up to 2 months after the last lesson, after which all files and access are deleted.
5.3 No other student data is stored by The English Take.
6. Student Rights
6.1 Students have the right to:
Request access to their personal data.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of their personal data.
6.2 Requests should be sent to learn@englishtake.com.
6.3 Deletion requests will be honored within a reasonable timeframe, in compliance with legal obligations.
7. Data Security
7.1 The English Take takes reasonable measures to protect student data, including secure handling of Google Drive links.
7.2 However, no online system is entirely risk-free. Students are responsible for keeping their access to Google Drive and lesson links secure.
8. Cookies and Website Data
8.1 The Website may use cookies or similar technologies for functional purposes only (e.g., booking system functionality).
8.2 No personal student data is collected via cookies beyond what is required for booking.
9. Updates to Privacy Policy
9.1 The English Take reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time.
9.2 Updates will be published on the Website, and students are expected to review the Policy periodically.
9.3 Continued use of the Website or Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Privacy Policy.
